The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate invoices, resolving customer billing inquiries, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with sales, finance, and customer service teams to maintain an efficient billing operation.


Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations

  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices for clients in accordance with service agreements or contracts.
  • Manage customer communications by responding to billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with invoice-related questions.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of billing reports, addressing discrepancies between invoices and payments, and escalating issues as necessary.

Records and Compliance

  • Ensure proper organization and storage of billing-related documents, such as invoices and receipts, for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to address billing-related issues or disputes.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations or laws.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate billing and revenue reports for management, focusing on identifying overdue accounts and recommending corrective actions.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in billing and invoicing within the airline, ticketing, or reservation sector.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and billing software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
