About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, primarily targeting clients in the US and Europe, within the US time zone. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, presenting, and setting up meetings for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads in the US and European markets.
  • Use tools such as SalesPilot, ZoomInfo, Bambora, Apollo.io, and others to research and identify prospects.
  • Conduct calls, video meetings, and write emails to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with the sales team to deliver effective presentations and demonstrate our software solutions.
  • Participate in the selling process by providing information and answering client questions.
  • Use Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and Pardot to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy pipeline and meeting sales targets.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the tech or software industry.
    • Must have worked in the US time zone and prospecting for clients in the US or Europe for at least 2 years.
    • Experience in selling software or technology products that are priced under $100,000.
    • Familiarity with prospecting tools like SalesPilot, ZoomInfo, Bambora, Apollo.io, or similar.
    • Strong skills in communication (calls, video conferences, emails) and conducting research.
  • Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in selling marketing software (CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Video, Automation, Website building, Social Media tools, Analytics) to the US market.
    • Daily interaction with US-based clients is highly valued.
    • Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and Pardot.
