Responsibilities

I. Sourcing Support

• Foster collaboration and effective communication with key internal stakeholders, including Senior Specialists, Sourcing Managers, and client stakeholders.
• Execute and manage tasks in Ariba on behalf of Senior Specialists.
• Organize and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders for Senior Specialists.
• Act as the primary contact for designated categories and sourcing initiatives.

II. Sourcing Compliance

• Conduct compliance and risk checks for engaged suppliers.
• Draft and register NDAs for RFx and manage entries in Ariba sourcing projects.
• Prepare sourcing documentation based on Senior Specialist guidelines.
• Assist Senior Specialists in executing RFx activities in compliance with client guidelines.

III. Management of Sourcing Initiatives

• Support the execution of tactical and strategic sourcing programs within agreed timelines and quality parameters.
• Assist with NDAs, risk checks, and drafting contract templates per client requirements.
• Aid in negotiation preparation and facilitate obtaining final approvals in systems.
• Manage contract signature processes and ensure compliance checks before publishing.
• Drive adoption of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) through sourcing initiatives and ongoing contract management.
• Adhere to defined sourcing policies and maintain high ethical standards in supplier and client engagements.

Requirements

I. Qualification

• University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Law (preferred) OR equivalent industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).

II. Experience

• 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba or similar e-sourcing tools.
• Prior experience in sourcing support (desired).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and supplier engagement.
• Procurement and contract knowledge, with strong negotiation and contract review abilities.
• Experience with tender preparation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) (desired).
• Commodity sourcing support experience in one or more of the following categories (highly beneficial):
